The Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile

(SEIP)®

Based on the latest research in the field of social and emotional intelligence, the SEIP® four-quadrant model is the model used in 75 percent of Fortune 500 companies today.

Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)® Work Version

The 78-item Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)® Work Version measures the 26 competencies identified as critical in socially and emotionally intelligent individuals, teams and organizations.

In addition to identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement, the report provides detailed descriptions of emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors, as well as extensive exercises for strengthening areas of improvement.

The SEIP® is based on over 10 years of research by Dr. Laura Belsten. Developed using the latest evidence-based social and emotional intelligence research, the SEIP® is the most comprehensive, statistically-reliable, scientifically-validated instrument on the market today.

Once an individual completes the assessment,  I review the results and provide valuable feedback that can be implemented immediately. The goal of any assessment is to help individuals understand their strengths and identify areas of opportunity.
