Nancee Gelineau is an experienced coach dedicated to helping professionals and leaders maximize their potential through leadership development, career advancement, team effectiveness, and personal growth.

Nancee currently serves as the Chief Human Resource and Administrative Officer (CHRAO) for UCS Forest Group, a private company operating 19 locations across North America. In her eight years at UCS, Nancee has fostered the conditions for long-term employee success, while expertly guiding the organization as its workforce doubled, new locations opened, and the economy shifted following a global pandemic.
Nancee holds a MSc in Human Resource Management, a diploma in Human Resource Management from McMaster University, and has her professional CHRE designation in Canada. In addition, Nancee is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF), Toronto Chapter, and has completed her courses at COACH U and holds her ACC - Associate Certified Coach. She has met all requirements to obtain her PCC accreditation and will be writing the exam in the latter part of 2026.

In 2023, Nancee was recognized as a Woman of Distinction Excellence Award Recipient at the Canadian HR Awards hosted in Toronto. She led the HR team at UCS Forest Group to receive the Best Talent Management Strategy and Canadian HR Team of the Year Excellence Awards at the same event in '22.
Nancee has been asked to sit on various panels discussing topical issues and her approach as a CHRAO. Throughout her career, Nancee’s focus has been to support and provide leadership, mentorship, and strategy to positively impact individuals and the environments within which they live/work everyday.
As a coach, Nancee has supported countless executives and high potential talent across the globe to help them achieve goals, accelerate their impact and reach their potential.
